That time of year is upon us once again wherein ASA brings us the updated annual release of the FAR/AIM. Typically ASA ships the FAR/AIMs out in early fall but our sources tell us that this year, we can expect them around Mid-July.
That's right! The 2025 FAR/AIM is expected to begin shipping Mid-July 2024.
Pre-Tabbed 2025 FAR/AIM Pre-Order Information
Northstar Aviation is known for providing high-quality, easy-to-navigate pre-tabbed FARAIMs. With the 2025 release just around the corner, student pilots should time their purchase carefully.
Although student pilots may currently be using the 2024 version, they will want the latest version available come checkride time. As the 2025 version is coming up mid-July 2024, we recommend referencing the following:
Are you taking your checkride before Mid-July 2024? If yes, please use the 2024 version of the FARAIM and if you haven't already, check out our pre-tabbed 2024 FARAIMs.
Are you taking your checkride after Mid-July 2024? If yes, you should pre-order your Pre-Tabbed 2025 FAR/AIM as supplies are limited. Also, as each of our books is hand-assembled, processing can take some time. Ensure your place in queue by placing your pre-order as soon as possible!
How do pre-orders work?
Pre-ordering your Pre-Tabbed 2025 ASA FAR/AIM is very simple.
First, place your order by navigating to our pre-orders page. Select the version you want. We offer Pre-Tabbed FARAIMs for Private Pilots, Instrument, Commercial, CFI, CFII and some combinations thereof.
Second, you will complete payment at the time you place your pre-order. We repeat: you pay when you place your order.
Third, after your order is placed, you will be set in our queue and your order will be shipped in the order that it was received. Come mid-July and up to a few days after, you will receive shipping information when your order is ready to ship. Once shipped, your order should take only 2-4 days to arrive at your shipping address.
