Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, and order number.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@northstarvfr.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Once a return is accepted, the cost of the item will be refunded in full, minus any shipping fees.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us here: support@northstarvfr.com

Package Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to sender by USPS for insufficient address, customer will not be refunded. Before placing an order, please make sure you are inputting complete and correct address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, but before shipping, you can correct your shipping address in your confirmation email. Again, we emphasize that inputting the correct shipping address is solely the responsibility of the customer and Northstar will not be held liable for any address errors.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used DIY tabs cannot be returned. If you receive tabs that are damaged or you decide that you are unsatisfied with the purchase, please contact us for a refund or replacement prior to applying the tabs. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Note that return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
